Day 1: Arrive Cairo
Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be transferred to the hotel. Check in to the hotel and relax during the day. In the evening, watch the history of the ancient Egyptians unfold in the Sound and Light Show at the Pyramids of Giza. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 2: Cairo
After breakfast, visit the Great Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Egyptian Museum, Khan El Khalil Bazar, once known as the Turkish bazaar during the Ottoman period, is now usually just called the “Khan”. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 3: Cairo – Aswan – Cruise
After breakfast, you will be transferred from the hotel to the airport for your flight to Aswan. Arrive in Aswan and get transferred to the cruise terminal. Embark on the Nile Cruise and visit the High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk and Philae Temple. Overnight on the cruise.
Day 4: Cruise
Today, visit the unique Kom Ombo temple which is dedicated to two Gods. Sail onto Edfu and visit the mammoth temple of Horus. The temple includes a colossal statue of Horus as a falcon, which stands at the entrance to the main temple building. Overnight on the cruise.
Day 5: Cruise
Today, visit East Bank of Luxor. You will see two of the most impressive temples in Upper Egypt – Karnak and Luxor. Overnight on the cruise.
Day 6: Cruise – Luxor – Hurghada
After breakfast, disembark from the cruise and depart to Hurghada by coach. Check in to the hotel. Hurghada, known locally as Ghardaga, has grown from a small fishing village to an internationally renowned holiday resort town, famous for its underwater life, diving and snorkeling. Overnight in Hurghada.
Day 7: Hurghada
Today your day is free at leisure. You can opt to take a snorkeling trip at Giftun Island. Swim with the dolphins before docking at Giftun Island for sports. In the evening, you have free time to enjoy the unique nightlife of Hurghada. Overnight in Hurghada.
Day 8: Depart Hurghada – Cairo
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Cairo Airport for your flight back home.
