What are the check-in and check-out time of a hotel?

The check-in and check-out time vary from hotel to hotel. Usually, the check-in time is either 2.00 PM and check-out time is 12.00 noon.


What does CWB and CNB stand for?

CWB holds for a child with bed. When a child shares the room with their parents and requests an extra bed.

CNB stands for a child with no bed. A child who shares the room with their parents and doesn’t request for an extra bed.


What are the different modes of payments you accept?

We accept payment through the following modes:

Do I need to confirm my reservation with the hotel?

No confirmation is required. As soon as the hotel booking is confirmed, you shall receive an email confirmation/ hotel voucher of your booking. If needed, we will re-confirm your reservation with the hotel and contact you in case of any uncertainty.


What is the difference between star rating and trip advisor rating?

The star rating system is a yard stick for a hotel’s overall quality. The star rating pertains to a hotel’s level of service, facilities, rooms, location, price and other amenities.

Tripadvisor (TA) is the rating of the hotel given by the guest basis their individual experience. For instance, a 3-star hotel can have a 4.5 TA rating, which means that majority of the users are happy with the hotel.


Do I need to pay anything extra at the hotel?

The rates listed for any hotel includes the stay, room inclusions and taxes applicable unless mentioned in the exclusions. Any direct purchases or value added services taken are payable directly at the hotel.


Do I need to carry a photo ID to the check-in at the hotel?

Yes, all the guests need to carry a valid government issued photo ID proof. The hotel has the right to deny check-in, in case you are not carrying a valid photo ID proof.


Why should I pre-purchase the tours from here?

We recommend that you buy your tour tickets in advance to ensure tour availability and the best price for your sightseeing. As a traveler you have a lot to worry about, so go ahead and have the peace of mind that your sightseeing are booked and ready for your arrival.


How do I confirm my sightseeing?

The voucher which we are going to sent you is having the confirmation number, though in order to make absolutely sure for your sightseeing, please re-confirm your tour with our local expert at your destination of choice at least 24 to 48-hours in advance of your trip via telephone. This is a quick verification of your travel details and the meeting point of the tour. The contact information for our local expert will be listed on your voucher received at the time of booking.


Do I have to present a printed copy of my voucher or can I just show the soft copy on my phone?

We understand the importance that technology plays in our daily lives, but as of now you must print your voucher out and redeem this at the time of your tour for your tickets.
