My blue grotto excursion was cancelled at runtime. Local travel decided to refund money but I did not received mine since y booking was through Holiday Arte. Please refund 10 euro per person as the same amount was refunded by the local travel agent. Kindly do the same.

Just tell them what you need and sit back and relax. Perfect arrangements. All you need to care about it the vouchers you get from them. At each point of interaction hand over the vouchers to the POC and you are taken care of in the most comfortable way possible. I went on a trip to Bali and Bangkok.
